CES PARTNERS, LTD. ADDS ANOTHER HEALTHCARE SEARCH CONSULTANT
Chicago, IL; June 1, 2010 – CES Partners, Ltd., a leading executive search firm consistently ranked in the top 25 healthcare search firms nationwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Mark D. Hannahan, FACHE, as Senior Vice President of its growing executive recruitment practice. The addition of Mr. Hannahan will increase CES Partners’ healthcare market share and expand and enhance client service capabilities.
Hannahan has exceptional healthcare leadership and executive search credentials. In addition to serving in senior line operating positions in an academic medical center, community hospital, and managed care system, he founded his own healthcare search firm and personally secured and conducted over 60 leadership searches for healthcare clients around the United States.
During the last five years, he has served as Vice President of Interim Services at Compass Clinical Consulting, a Cincinnati based national health care consultancy. In that role, he recruited a talented cadre of seasoned healthcare interim C suite leaders and clinical directors, and successfully deployed them, as individuals or teams, to prestigious hospital clients throughout the country.
As a result of his many years of healthcare management and recruiting experience, he has developed an excellent track record understanding healthcare client needs, and sourcing, evaluating and selecting leaders who fit the culture and achieves long term results.
Hannahan also has considerable entrepreneurial and operational experience, having founded and sold a number of successful businesses over the years. This ensures he understands all of the issues involved in managing and growing competitive businesses; ranging from macro issues such as strategic and competitive challenges to day to day operational and financial concerns.

Hannahan has a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Xavier University, where he has served as President of the Alumni Association, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
He and his wife Patti have three grown children and one grandson. He is also a PGA Golf Professional and coaches and teaches golf in the Cincinnati area.
