Mark Hannahan As Senior Vice President, Mark is an integral part of the CES Partners executive recruitment practice.  Mark has exceptional healthcare leadership and executive search credentials. In addition to serving in senior line operating positions in an academic medical center, community hospital, and managed care system, he founded his own healthcare search firm and personally secured and conducted over 60 leadership searches for healthcare clients around the United States.

In the recent past, Mark served as Vice President of Interim Services at Compass Clinical Consulting, a Cincinnati-based national health care consultancy.  As a result of his many years of healthcare management and recruiting experience, he has developed an excellent track record understanding healthcare client needs, and sourcing, evaluating and selecting leaders who fit the culture and achieve long term results. 

Mark also has considerable entrepreneurial and operational experience, having founded and sold a number of successful businesses over the years.

Mark holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Xavier University, where he has served as President of the Alumni Association, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. He and his wife Patti have three grown children and one grandson. He is also a PGA Golf Professional and coaches and teaches golf in the Cincinnati area.
