It takes more than one person to make a successful executive search; we've assembled a topnotch team at CES Partners. Here are some of our players: Barry R. Cesafsky is the President and CEO of CES Partners LTD., a retained executive search firm serving the healthcare industry. Building on twenty years of executive search experience, Mr. Cesafsky has participated in hundreds of health care executive search assignments, recruiting chief executive officers, chief financial officers, patient care executives, medical directors, human resources executives and other senior-level positions. More recently, he has become involved in assisting client organizations in the hiring of chief information officers and senior-level information technology executives. Scott Smith joined CES Partners early on. He has more than 20 years in the business, and has worked for a variety of search firms including The Chicago Search Group, LAI Ward Howell and TMP Worldwide. Pamela Andrews a seasoned veteran with over 16 years of experience managing healthcare and professional services executive search engagements. Prior to joining CES Partners, Pam worked for major executive search firms including Heidrick and Struggles and LAI Ward Howell/TMP Worldwide. Rita Wall is the behind the scenes secret to our success. She is a seasoned research professional and, arguably, the best healthcare researcher in the business. Over the last fifteen plus years, she has been a driving force at bringing quality name generation and targeted research to firms such as Witt/Kieffer, LAI Ward Howell and TMP Worldwide. Tom Burke is an integral part of the CES Partners team. He brings over 25 years of health care executive management experience as an administrator, consultant, and educator. Tom's extensive experience and unique insight provide him with the capability to understand client needs and deliver value added executive search services above and beyond what is expected. Wiley Carr former President and Chief Executive Officer of Porter Memorial Hospital, Valparaiso, Indiana, joined CES Partners, Ltd. to oversee the functions of business development, marketing, publications and public relations. He brings more than 30 years of hospital management experience to the newly created position. Mike Hilts is a recent addition to CES Partners, Ltd. bringing 30 years of management experience for publishers of national magazines, as well as serving his own consultancy. His background includes seven years leading Health Management Technology, the preeminent IT magazine serving CIOs and other C-level executives in hospitals and health systems. Mike has extensive experience recruiting and hiring professional talent to serve in dozens of support and management posts. Ron Damasaukas has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, having served in both national and statewide capacities covering a broad range of policy, advocacy and leadership issues. He has written and spoken about the future of healthcare, consulted to address strategic and operational issues, and has partnered in the development of healthcare focused software. Sarita Gilligan is often the first contact at CES Partners. She wears a lot of hats - executive assistant, officer manager, and director of accounting. Her training as a legal secretary and degree in accounting have come in handy, but her 15 years experience in the search business has proved invaluable. Ramona Kochisjoined CES Partners in 2008 and has brought enthusiasm and a varied background in executive search industry. Her executive search assistant role brings her in regular direct contact with CES Partners clients and candidates.
