Contributing to the success of companies through the placement of key executives is what Pam enjoys most about being an executive search consultant. Her clients have ranged from venture capital-backed start-ups and nonprofit organizations to multibillion-dollar corporations.
Pam's recruiting experience has been developed at some of the top executive search firms in the industry, including Heidrick & Strggles, where she was a member of the Healthcare and Technology Practices, and LAI Ward Howell/TMP Worldwide, where she was a partner participating in several Practices including Technology, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Healthcare. Pam graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nebraska-Kearney with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Music. Her early work experience included managing a pathology group practice in central Nebraska. Pam has two adult children and resides in Naperville, Illinois. She sings with the Naperville Chorus and volunteers for local charitable organizations.
