Pam’s recruiting experience has been with some of the top executive search firms in the industry. She has worked with Heidrich and Struggles, LAI Ward Howell/TMP Worldwide and most recently with Hudson Highland Group. Prior to entering executive search. Pam worked in the medical, legal and educational fields.

Much of Pam’s executive search work has been with sourcing Information Technology leaders for healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products and technology companies.  She has also recruited a large number of Partners and Consultants for technology professional firms, including IBM and KPMG.  Pan devoted significant portion of her time during the dot.com era recruiting information technology professionals to internet start-up companies.  She was a key member of the Technology Practice at LAI Ward Howell/TMP Worldwide.

Pam graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors degree in Education and Music. She has served on the Stewardship Committee for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. Pam has two adult children and resides in Naperville, Illinois.
