Rita Wall is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology. She joined CES Partners shortly after its formation and after having establishing her own firm, RMW Research Services. Drawing upon experience gained over twelve years with two of the nation's largest executive search firms, Rita's expertise is research and candidate identification.

Prior to forming her own company, Rita was the Knowledge Manager, Healthcare Practice for TMP Worldwide Executive Search, Chicago. TMP was the fifth largest retained executive search firm in the United States. There she coordinated research support to all Partners, Principals, and Associates within the Healthcare Practice. She advanced to a position with TMP Worldwide eResourcing where she utilized her extensive knowledge of the search process and database management into developing and implementing training for the division. This position especially noted the importance of the World Wide Web in recruitment activities.

For six years, Rita served with Witt/Kieffer, where she was Assistant Director of Research. Again she provided search support to associates and tracked changes and trends within all segments of the healthcare industry. She was instrumental in the development and maintenance of the firm's databases.

Rita enjoys reading and helping others to read. She volunteers as a tutor for young students as well as helping with the Homeless Supper of the Catholic Charities. Not only is she an avid sports fan, enthusiastically supporting the Cubbies, she is also an active participant in local volleyball and softball leagues.

A former Docent with the Chicago Architecture Foundation, Rita has a keen interest in Chicago and it's rich history. In addition to her volunteer activities, she enjoys family, friends, movies, theatre and the Chicago cultural scene.
