Tom Burke is an integral part of the CES Partners team. He brings over 25 years of health care executive management experience as an administrator, consultant, and educator. Tom’s extensive experience and unique insight provide him with the capability to understand client needs and deliver value added executive search services above and beyond what is expected.

Tom was previously a consulting Partner with a Big 4 firm providing a wide range of strategic and operational consulting services to both the acute care and senior living industries. Most recently, he directed the health care practice for a top executive search firm. Tom continues to add experience to his long list of achievements in the healthcare field proving to be a very knowledgeable, successful, and accomplished resource. An accomplished facilitator and speaker, Tom is well-versed on a variety of industry-related and management topics and capable of presenting them with an entrepreneurial and lighthearted outlook. He is truly an accomplished Thought Leader in the healthcare industry

Tom attended Xavier University , and graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He continued his education at University of Cincinnati for his Master in Business Administration. He is a past Board member of Episcopal Retirement Homes, Inc. Tom has also been an Adjunct Professor for several Graduate Programs in Business Administration and served on the faculty of the Xavier University Graduate School in Health Care Administration.

Tom is married to Ellen, they have 2 adult children. His son and daughter both graduated from Miami University in Ohio . His son is an account executive for a Cincinnati-based national logistics company and his daughter is a registered nurse with Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati . Tom has been a big brother for several years providing friendship; mentoring and family role for his assigned little brother.
