Wiley N. Carr, LFACHE former President and Chief Executive Officer of Porter Memorial Hospital, Valparaiso, Indiana, joined CES Partners to oversee the functions of business development, marketing, publications and public relations. He brings more than 30 years of hospital management experience to the newly created position.

Wiley served eleven years as president and chief executive officer of the 350-bed Valparaiso acute care hospital system. He also served for 20 years in senior administrative roles at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood, KY, a major medical center in the Metro Cincinnati, Ohio area where he was responsible for strategic planning, certificate of need, legal affairs, risk management, public relations and development before becoming Chief Operating Officer.  He most recently has been consulting with hospitals in the area of revenue cycle enhancement.

A Life Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Wiley holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Master of Science in Public Relations from Ohio University.  Wiley received his Master of Business Administration in Hospital Administration from Xavier University.   He has served as a board member of a number of service agencies including a retirement community, visiting nurse association, united way, a community development corporation, as well as the Indiana Hospital and Health Association and the Voluntary Hospitals of America (VHA) Tri-State, Indianapolis.
